Shipping + Processing
I make each and every item to order. Most items are created, made + packaged by me. ALL glass, decals/labels and rollers are cut and applied in my Oil Office in my home. I take HUGE pride in the quality of my products + you loving your items. My processing time is 7-10 business days.
The processing time does not include shipping times. Once tracking number is created please allow 2-3 business days for the post office to update in their system. After scanned with post office order can be tracked by you using the tracking number sent to you.
If you need something by a certain date, please message me at email@example.com so I can try to accommodate your request before ordering.
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Elderberry Make + Take Kits
- Flash Sale Items
- Discontinued Sale Items
Conditions of return
My typical shop hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 EST.
Feel free to message me any time you have questions and I will answer within 24-48 business hours.
- I will NOT return emails during CLOSED SHOP HOURS.
