DO NOT give honey to babies under 1 year. For infants ages 6 months - 1 year you can get the DIY kit and substitute maple syrup instead of honey.
Prepared Syrup lasts up to 3 months if properly refrigerated. Home Brew Kits are shelf stable for up to 24 months.
